Hello everyone, My name is Marcus Rivera I am an Assistant Principal at P4K. My main goal is to provide children with a memorable and successful educational experience at P4K. This experience is inclusive of parents, teachers, and all stakeholders within the school community that support teaching and learning. In support of our Mission, Vision, and Instructional Priority Focus, I place emphasis on developing children into independent individuals with the ability to make decisions for accomplishing their hopes and dreams while being valuable members of society. I look forward to spending time with your children as they grow academically and learn how to read, write and incorporate mathematics in the real world. Overall, I aim to keep all your children safe at all times. As an Assistant Principal, there are many responsibilities and duties that I am accountable for but the main responsibility is the Children! I look forward to a successful 2024 – 2025 school year.

My name is Pamela Duarte and I am one of the proud Assistant Principals of P4K. I have been a member of the P4K community for many years, serving in various roles with the main focus on always making sure our students succeed. I strong believe each and every one of our students can and will learn in their own way. My name is Valerie Edouard, and I am proud to serve as one of the Assistant Principals at P4K. My first love has always been and will always be giving the power of communication to all students. I am guided by George Evans' quote: “All students can learn; just not on the same day or in the same way.”
I am committed to collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure student achievement while supporting the professional growth of those entrusted with our students’ education. My name is Anselma Ferguson. I am an educator and school administrator who began my career's journey as a 6:1:1 classroom teacher. After some years serving as a classroom teacher of students with disabilities, I became a unit coordinator for several years.
In 2007 I graduated from Brooklyn College's administrative program. The following summer, I found myself interviewing for Assistant Principal positions. I landed my new home at P4K.
P4K was a great match to my instructional ideals, putting children first and being dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of children in Special Education. I continue to enthusiastically serve the needs of the District 75 community and hope to consistently work with our children and families who need instructional guidance and continued advocacy.
